Welcome to Join With Me. By accessing our website (joinwithme.in) and booking any experience, hike, event, or service with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Join With Me
Join With Me is an experiential travel and nature-based activity platform offering guided hikes, nature walks, heritage walks, farm visits, birthday hikes, and curated outdoor experiences for families, kids, and adults.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or booking any experience with Join With Me, you confirm that:
You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
You agree to comply with all rules, safety instructions, and guidelines shared by Join With Me and its team.

3. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Booking confirmation will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp.
A WhatsApp coordination group may be created a day prior to the event for sharing instructions, meeting point details, and other essential information.

4. No Refund Policy (Participant Cancellation)
No refunds will be provided for cancellations initiated by participants.
This includes cancellations due to personal reasons, health issues, travel delays, emergencies, or no-shows.
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Event Cancellation by Join With Me
In case an event is cancelled by Join With Me due to unavoidable circumstances such as extreme weather, safety concerns, natural calamities, government restrictions, or operational issues:
Participants will receive a 100% refund OR
An option to reschedule to a future event of equal value
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

6. Changes to Itinerary
Join With Me reserves the right to modify routes, schedules, activities, or locations for safety, environmental, or operational reasons.
Such changes do not qualify for a refund.

7. Participant Responsibility & Conduct
Participants are required to:
Follow all instructions given by adventure hosts, naturalists, and team members.
Respect nature, wildlife, local communities, and fellow participants.
Avoid any behaviour that may endanger themselves or others.
Join With Me reserves the right to deny participation or remove any individual from an experience without refund if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

8. Health, Fitness & Safety
Participants must assess their own physical and mental fitness before booking.
Any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs must be disclosed in advance.
Join With Me is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from failure to follow safety instructions.
Participation is entirely at the participant’s own risk.

9. Children & Minors
Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Parents/guardians are solely responsible for the safety, supervision, and behaviour of their children during the experience.
Join With Me does not take custodial responsibility for minors.

10. Pets (Where Applicable)
Pets are allowed only on pet-friendly experiences, as clearly mentioned.
Pet parents are fully responsible for their pet’s behaviour, safety, health, and hygiene.
Join With Me reserves the right to restrict participation if a pet poses safety concerns.

11. Photography & Media Usage
Join With Me may capture photographs or videos during experiences for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes.
By participating, you grant Join With Me the right to use such media without compensation.
If you do not wish to be featured, you must inform the team in writing prior to the event.

12. Intellectual Property
All content on joinwithme.in, including text, images, logos, videos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Join With Me.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability
Join With Me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific experience.

14. Force Majeure
Join With Me shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, government actions, strikes, or emergencies.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
