Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Join With Me, we put significant effort into planning, staffing, permits, logistics, and on-ground arrangements for every experience. To ensure transparency, please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Cancellation by Participant (No Refund Policy)
Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be provided for cancellations initiated by the participant.
This applies to all reasons, including, but not limited to:
Personal emergencies
Health issues
Travel delays
Change of plans
No-shows on the day of the event
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, as resources and arrangements are secured in advance.
2. Cancellation by Join With Me (Full Refund / Reschedule)
In the rare event that Join With Me cancels an event due to unavoidable circumstances, such as:
Extreme weather conditions
Safety concerns
Natural calamities
Government restrictions
Operational constraints beyond our control
Participants will be offered either:
A 100% refund, or
An option to reschedule for a future date or experience of equivalent value
The choice between a refund and rescheduling will rest with the participant.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds (only applicable if the event is cancelled by Join With Me) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.
4. Changes or Modifications
Join With Me reserves the right to modify the itinerary, timing, or structure of an experience for safety, environmental, or operational reasons.
Such changes do not qualify for a refund.
5. Acceptance of Policy
By booking an experience with Join With Me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
