Every year, thousands of flamingos arrive along Mumbai's wetlands, transforming parts of the city into one of the most spectacular birdwatching destinations in India. While many people know Mumbai for its fast-paced lifestyle, few realise that these wetlands become home to large flocks of migratory birds, including the iconic flamingos.

Recently, Join With Me conducted another successful Flamingo Walk in Navi Mumbai, bringing together families, children, bird lovers, and nature enthusiasts for a guided exploration of this remarkable ecosystem.

Children enjoyed spotting birds through binoculars, asking questions about wildlife, and exploring nature beyond city life. Parents appreciated the calm surroundings and the opportunity to spend meaningful time outdoors with their families.

It was an excellent birding experience with friendly guide and zoologist Mr. Hrishikesh. It was a beautiful spot for watching flamingos so close and a variety of migratory birds can be seen in the wetland. My daughter enjoys a lot as they are kids-friendly and have great patience to listen to kids' queries. Looking forward to have many more experiences with them.
